Help us lift the lid off Parkinson’s at A Walk in the Park, a Fight Parkinson’s community event dedicated to improving the lives of people with Parkinson’s and Atypical Parkinson’s (PSP, MSA and CBS).

Parkinson’s is the fastest growing neurological disorder in the world, with a projection of more than 12 million people by 2040. It’s estimated that 219,000 Australians live with Parkinson’s today.

A Walk in the Park will be held in Melbourne on Sunday 26 March, bringing together thousands of people touched by Parkinson’s, PSP, MSA and CBS.

It creates a sense of belonging and community. It’s also an important fundraiser for Fight Parkinson’s health education and support services. And best of all, it’s heaps of fun!

A Walk in the Park is based at Fed Square. Pre-walk entertainment starts from 9.30am. The accessible walk along the Yarra River sets off at 10.30am, with 2km and 4km routes to choose from.
