The Norfolk Hotel is thrilled to present a Western Australian Sustainable Seafood Dinner on Thursday 20 April 2023; the first of the venue’s brand new Dinner on The Deck series.

Food and wine lovers alike are invited to the local Fremantle hotspot for a delectable shared-table dinner showcasing the best of Western Australia’s sustainable seafood, with a menu curated by acclaimed Chef Russell Blaikie and prepared in collaboration with The Norfolk Hotel chefs. The dinner will also include free-flowing wines and beers from local WA brewing institutions.

Thanks to WA Fishing Industry Council, Fins Seafood, Mendolia Seafoods, Sealanes, Sea Harvest, Bell Buoy Seafoods, Leeuwin Coast and Two Oceans Abalone, diners will revel in a menu featuring everything from fresh fish to shellfish, by-catch and everything in between, all gathered sustainably from local WA waters.

Guests will whet their appetite with table starters Albany akoya, moreish Fremantle sardines and octopus, Mandurah crab and Augusta roei abalone. The main course will include flavourful Arroz Caldoso de Mariscos Mariscos - Iberian-inspired seafood rice prepared with Exmouth prawns, Shark Bay cuttlefish, Geraldton crayfish and deep sea big-eye cod. Then, to finish, the finest chocolate crafted with natural ingredients sourced from sustainable farms around the equator and developed locally at Margaret River chocolatier, Temper Temper.

Seafood lovers are encouraged to secure their spot today as numbers are strictly limited.
