It’s the day that eclipses all others when it comes to Gin in Melbourne, and there’s only one place to be on World Gin Day; 10 Russell Place.

Unbridle those Bindings, parade your best cashmere and step into World Gin Day 'Après Snow’ @ ‘Gin Peaks’ Ski Resort

After 25 years of sipping and serving our favourite spirit, The Gin Palace Melbourne is planning an extraordinarily ‘Fresh’ take on this Global Day of Celebration – World Gin Day 2023.
This year, we’re embracing the Wintertide, making like Gwyneth and hitting the Alpine regions, where the Juniper berries thrive.
Join us for an immersion into the world of ‘Après Snow’.

What to expect when you Slide off the T-Bar on the 10th...

Doors will open to the public early at 1pm, where you can find seven of Gin Palace’s current favourite Producers ready to show you their gin, best Après Snow looks, and some deliciously befitting feature drinks & interactive amusements. Snowy spruce, moonboots, Loud knitwear & a beautiful harmony of icy cold martinis & cockle warmers are just the beginning…

The Gin Palace bar will serve their signature World Gin Day ‘Two for one’ Martinis, Negronis and G&T’s from the following producers until 9pm in the evening:

Animus (VIC)
Brogan's Way (VIC)
Darling Distillery (VIC)
Ester Spirits (NSW)
Gunpowder (IRL)
Strange omen (TAS)
Sipsmith (ENG)

The fun needn’t end there, Bar Ampere, the next peak on the mountain at 16 Russell Place, part of ‘Gin Peaks’ Resort, will have their own array of Gin Producers, Après Snow Fashion moments and quintessentially snowfall suitable feature beverages, with a nod to the slopes of Asia and Europe…

Grab your poles and schuss out of Gin Peaks Resort and down to #30, where the snow clears to reveal the ample foliage.
Black Kite Commune will be offering a more focused exploration of Australian Gins & Native fare to reflect their Aussie leaning ethos.
You can expect to see

Archie Rose (NSW),
Melbourne Gin Company (VIC), and
78 Degrees & Seven Seasons (Both SA)

included in their line-up for the day. As Melbourne’s hottest new cocktail bar, and the newest addition to the Russell Place hospitality assemblage, you’d better catch a glimpse before the hoards roll in…
They’ll be doing Two for One G&T’s and G&S’s + a good old, very fancy sizzle featuring snags from ‘Something Wild’ in SA.

Don’t forget to slide past bijou bottle store on the corner of Little Collins for your last run of the day, they’re gifting a 4 pack of Fever Tree Tonic Water with every bottle of Gin purchased takeaway.

See you at 1pm at Gin Palace 10 Russell Place and let the rest of your World Gin Day unfold!
