Yuletide Choral and Carols with WA's finest Choir - UWACS

The University of Western Australia Choral Society (UWACS) will celebrate Christmas at their annual concert on Sunday, December 10 at 4:00 pm at the stunning Winthrop Hall, UWA. The UWACS Christmas concert and picnic is renowned as an enchanting family experience that kindles the joy of the holidays.

The program features Anton Bruckner's Mass No. 2 in E minor, Ralph Vaughan Williams' Fantasia on Christmas Carols, and a selection of traditional and beloved popular carols where audience participation is encouraged!

Conductor Kris Bowtell will lead 100 talented voices from the UWACS choir, accompanied by an impressive orchestra of brass and wind players, plus renowned organist Alessandro Pittorino (who has performed for Lady Gaga) and baritone rising star Brett Peart.

The concert runs for 100 minutes including a 20 minute intermission. Following the concert, guests are invited to enjoy the traditional picnic on the lawns of UWA at sunset. BYO picnic and rug and soak up the festive atmosphere with your loved ones.
