Walk for a Bloke, formally known as 'Nick's Walk', is a unique event held by Spoke to a Bloke registered charity organization for blokes to come together and walk 25kms to raise awareness and funds for blokes mental health.
7 out of 9 suicides are blokes. We need to do more. Walk for a Bloke is a real opportunity to connect with old and new mates while supporting bloke’s mental health.
