Festa Del Pomodoro (Tomato Day)

March is one of the Mister Bianco team’s favourite months because it is tomato season... and
that means Sugo making!

Mister Bianco in Kew will be celebrating with a fabulous Festa Del Pomodoro (Tomato Day) dinner, on Saturday 2nd March, and guests will also learn the art of making Sugo.

Joe Vargetto is ready to share all his secrets with a cooking demonstration to entertain guests and for them to learn techniques and tips and get inspiration and ideas for dishes.

The dinner will serve up a three course home-style meal accompanied by house wines. Plus, everyone will also go home with their very own bottle of Sugo.
