International Women’s Day - Just Breathe... Better

Join the Marymead CatholicCare Auxiliary for an unforgettable evening at their International Women’s Day dinner. Our special guest Tess Graham will be discussing the importance of proper breathing and how to improve your breathing with “Just Breathe... Better”.

Tess has a Bachelor of Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Physiotherapy. She has developed her unique style of breathing retraining – the BreatheAbility approach – and has delivered breathing retraining to over 6000 people.
