An intimate showcase of Western Australia’s brightest young talents and a celebration of community arts at its best. Featuring sensational MetSO Young Artists Alexander Chua (piano), Ellie Malonzo (violin and composition) and Charis Postmus (soprano); as well as special guest soloist, MetSO Conductor and world-renowned violinist Ronald Thomas AM. Also featuring acclaimed concert pianist Lydia Lai.

In addition, performances by our friends the Echoes of Ukraine Choir, as well as the MetSO Full Orchestra and Chamber Ensembles conducted by Distinguished Conductor Bruce Herriman.

An enchanting program of old favourites and new works including Bach’s timeless Double Violin Concerto, a new arrangement by our very own Concertmaster Ben Clapton of Leontovych’s “Shchedryk”, Gordon Jacob’s inventive “Old Wine in New Bottles” and more.
