Designed as a downsizer for a couple who plan to age in place, the house is split over four levels, interconnected by ramps to be accessible for life and built with practical and longstanding materials to stand the test of time.

An extension to the original brick and tin family cottage, you’ll witness how the use of hempcrete and other low-maintenance, sustainable materials have been incorporated and tempered by the surrounding landscape and ocean views of South Fremantle.
