Perth Folk and Roots Club is back for a summer show at the Inglewood Bowling and Sports Club on Sunday 25th February 2024 for a show with free music entertainment with the support of the City of Stirling and Inglewood Bowling and Sports Club. Perth Folk and Roots Club is also working with Act Belong Commit in recognition of music’s contribution to mental wellbeing. The performances are from 5pm to 8pm at the Inglewood Bowling and Sports Club, 1 Stancliffe Street, Mount Lawley. For this event, Perth Folk and Roots Club has Up and Adam and The Jukes. Up and Adam is a local Western Australian Claw hammer banjo player influenced by old time, mountain style, traditional American folk and roots music. The Jukes are a three piece rock and roll band with Steve Toyne on guitar and vocals, Roger Fletcher on bass and backing vocals and Trevor Osborne on drums playing private shows in the Perth suburbs.
