She was only just in the country, but colourful New York rapper Nicki Minaj has today announced she’ll be back here again in a matter of months – tweeting another series of Australian dates set for October.
Minaj is returning as part of her Pink Friday Reloaded world tour – and this time around, fans from all major state capitals will have a chance to see her. The tour will take in Adelaide on October 1, Brisbane on October 3, Sydney on October 5, Melbourne on October 6 and Perth on October 9.
Fans who witnessed her sold-out shows in Sydney and Melbourne during the Pink Friday Tour in May were suitably impressed with Minaj’s extravagant pop performance.
But for those who might be thinking they’ve seen enough, she has this message:
"And yes, the RELOADED Fall tour is a BRAND NEW SHOW!!!!!!!!!"
Minaj released her second US #1 album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, in April this year; it debuted at #5 on the ARIA charts.
No official statement has yet been made from a promoter (Live Nation, we are assuming at this stage), but considering her last tour offered boob signings, we are hanging out to see what ticket packages will be available this time around.
