Kingswood To Tour New Album In March To April Next Year

Melbourne powerhouse rockers, Kingswood, will be reigning fire down Australian stages in March to April, off the back of their second studio album 'After Hours, Close To Dawn' which is due out on March 3, 2017 via Dew Process. Members Alex Laska, Fergus Linacre and Justin Debrincat spent the earlier part of 2016 tucked away in the legendary Sound Emporium in Nashville, USA, recording the follow up to their ARIA #6 and ARIA nominated 2014 debut Microscopic Wars. 'Creepin' is the first track to be spawned from these recordings. The track premiered via the airwaves on triple j Drive with Veronica and Lewis was added straight to the triple j playlist and amassed close to 200,000 streams online.

After Hours, Close To Dawn added Kingswood in the roster of music innovators and risk-takers who tear up the boundaries that demarcate pop music. Blending elements of R’n’B, rock & roll, garage soul and space-age experimentation, the album is an eclectic collection of music, with the trio’s creative DNA as the defining element. No matter what shape they take, these songs are still instantly recognisable as Kingswood.
