Sheppard Play Three Intimate Shows This May To June

On the verge of unveiling their second full-length album, Brisbane pop sensation Sheppard shared a brand new Acoustic Version of their latest single “Keep Me Crazy” at all digital retailers via School Boy Records/Republic Records. Before releasing it internationally, the RIAA platinum-certified and ARIA Award-winning pop indie outfit will be embarking on three special shows, playing for their fans in Brisbane's Eaton's Hill Hotel, Sydney's Metro Theatre and Melbourne's The Croxton.

“Playing live is so important to us and before things get too crazy overseas, we are looking forward to playing for our fans here,” said George Sheppard.

'Keep Me Crazy' has been stripped down to nothing more than acoustic guitars and glistening vocal harmonies, baring its natural soul whilst retaining its power, passion, and panache. In fact, it's already been shaping up to be another big hit for Sheppard. In little under a month since its Billboard premiere, the track has impressively clocked over three million Spotify streams and counting and landed on over 20 of the platform’s official playlists.

Hitting radio as the band toured stadiums around Australia and New Zealand with Justin Bieber, the song climbed up the charts, spending weeks in the iTunes top 20 and continues to smash the airwaves. It is currently one of the biggest Australian songs on radio.

Apart from their Australian shows, the Sheppard will be heading overseas to join Little Mix on their UK summer tour. “Playing with Justin Bieber around Australia was a dream come true for us, so to get the opportunity to play to our UK fans with a band like Little Mix is yet another opportunity this year where we’ve had to pinch ourselves!”

From serenading Ellen and Jimmy Fallon, to abseiling across the world’s biggest festival crowd at Brazil’s Rock in Rio, to guesting at the Radio Disney Music Awards, on sitcom Girl Meets World and The Voice US, Canada and Australia, Sheppard continue to prove that everything is possible and ‘Keep Me Crazy’ continues to push the limits again for the independent Brisbane act.
