Complete financial transparency

We don’t charge your customers or you any per-ticket fees. TixSuite offers a simple Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) pricing model putting you in control of your ticketing and revenue. Choose an affordable Tixsuite monthly or yearly plan and that's it.

For the first time ever, you hold the reins to set the booking fees your customers pay. You'll keep all the profits from those fees, or you can opt for no booking fees at all. Get your ticket revenue upfront as online sales go directly into your account.

Based on Australian regulations regarding fees relating to payments we would recommend setting processing fees at 3.5% or less, reflecting the Stripe payment processing fees range of 1.75% to 3.5%.

*Stripe processing fees of $0.30 per transaction and 1.7% of value are included in our calculation based on an average of two tickets per transaction.

**The extra annual profit calculation is your extra revenue after the TixSuite annual subscription is deducted. The extra per event profit with TixSuite calculation does not have TixSuite fees deducted, since that will depend on each event’s on sale period.

Eventfinda TixSuite plans

We have four TixSuite plans you can choose from – Starter, Essential, Professional and Enterprise. Ticketing your first event with Eventfinda TixSuite will be free for up to 1,000 ticket sales, sold within 90 days of on-sale. Your subscription payment only starts when you create and submit your second event.

Sign up annually to save 20% on your subscription plan and if you don’t run events all year round, you can pause your monthly plan whenever you want.
