Brae

Brae is a contemporary Australian restaurant with six luxury guest suites. Set on 30 productive acres of land, Brae is home to vegetable plots, olive grove, fruit orchards, bee hives and chickens, all available for guests to explore.

Owner-Chef, Dan Hunter and his team serve a set menu over three to four hours using sustainable produce sourced from the organically managed land at Brae and from nearby farms.
