Burnie Park

Burnie Park is home to the city's oldest building, the Burnie Inn. Modern playground equipment is provided as well as free barbecues.The park features seasonal annual garden beds and a developed landscape, with numerous exotic and native trees and abundant lawns for passive recreation. The park is used annually for events such as Carols by Candlelight, Kids' in the Park, Anzac Day/Remembrance Day services and fire fighting demonstrations. The Burnie Park is easily accessible to all.The Burnie Park is a 1.5km drive from the city centre.
