Estia Restaurant was born in April 2010, from the dream of Paul and his father Vassi Loucaides running a restaurant together. Vassi has been in the Perth food industry for over 40 years since emigrating from Cyprus in Greece. He started his dream by working in various restaurants, namely King Arthur’s Revolving Restaurant, then owning Casa Pepe, Maccas Seafood Restaurant, and of late the Aegean Restaurant in Mt Hawthorn.
