For 35 years Italian restaurateurs Rosalba and Charles D'Aqui have been bringing delicious authentic Italian cuisine to Bunbury. Rosalba, born in Italy's capital, Rome and Charles, of Calabrian origin together with son Luke and experienced staff pride themselves on giving diners a taste of real homemade pasta and traditional dishes.

Located in the heart of Bunbury, Josephine's has a longstanding reputation for serving high quality food. Originally opening as 'Pasta e Vino' in 1996, after 14 years at a different location, it was Bunbury's first Italian restaurant and is still currently the city's only Italian family operated restaurant.
