The Hive Hostel was start-up business in 2012, built by Dale Windus, James Murdoch and Luke Halpin. The goal was to reduce pressure on Perth’s massive accommodation shortage by providing short term accommodation for backpackers, tourists and Australian nationals. The 2 storey building has 1200m2 floor space and sits on a 1000m2 plot of land.
