To mark the 10th anniversary, revered artisanal distillery Bass & Flinders Distillery (B&F) is hosting a one-off 10th anniversary dinner. Join us for an evening of fine-dining, spirits and wine tasting and live entertainment.

The dinner will be hosted by second generation distiller, Holly Klintworth, where handcrafted spirits and local wine will be paired with the three-course menu inspired by B&F’s home region.

Held on the distillery floor, which is normally closed to the public, guests will also be entertained by live acoustic musician, Daniel Ryan.

The unique dining experience will provide a first-hand look at the distillery in action, and a chance to try a variety of spirits in B&F’s collection.

B&F are also launching a limited-edition French-Australian brandy blend, in collaboration with renowned French Cognac house, Normandin-Mercier (N-M), to celebrate the milestone.

Guest will have an opportunity to sample the brandy blend, appropriately name ‘Anniversary Cuvée’, and purchase one of the first 50 bottles created, which will be hand-numbered to commemorate the special release.
