Sydney Dance Company’s 50th Anniversary bursts into life with a thrilling triple bill from Rafael Bonachela, Gabrielle Nankivell and Melanie Lane, each having created a wildly inventive and spellbinding experience for the audience.

Be moved by a "dazzling technical display of flexibility" (Sydney Morning Herald) in the world premiere of Rafael Bonachela’s Cinco. Watch "elastic dynamic dancing" (The Daily Telegraph) from award-winning dancers, in delicate costumes by revered fashion designer Bianca Spender, set to Alberto Ginastera’s soaring String Quartet No.2.

Also a premiere, Gabrielle Nankivell’s Neon Aether is a theatrical adventure into the infinite unknown. Inspired by science fiction and outer space, audiences will be transported into a vivid, ethereal world beyond the clouds.

Completing the triple bill is Melanie Lane’s electrifying and critically acclaimed WOOF. To a hypnotic electronic score by UK musician Clark, WOOF imagines a futuristic, apocalyptic fantasy with masterful choreography "like nothing…seen in dance before (Audrey Journal)."
