The Music Of Movies Live In A Block-Buster Family Concert Experience.

The Metropolitan Orchestra (TMO) will showcase supreme music from some of the biggest movies of all time in their first Family Concert for 2019. The Sunday afternoon performance which will be presented by Chief Conductor Sarah-Grace Williams, will feature music from blockbuster cinema productions such as Superman, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Frozen, Star Trek, Star Wars and more.

This family concert will excite and inspire a love of music in children and stir the emotions of parents and grandparents who have loved these movies since childhood. The vibrant performance will highlight TMO’s playful side in a family friendly format (approximately one hour plus musician meet-and-greet) where all the musicians (including the conductor) join in the fun and dress up as their favourite movie characters.

Join the orchestra members and dress up as your favourite movie character. Bring cushions and/or rugs and stretch out on the floor for this relaxed and invigorating Sunday afternoon family event. Chaired seating is also available.
