Women of Melbourne Parkour will be heading to Bendigo! And we'll be running an Introduction to Parkour class on Friday 27 September, meeting at 11am.

The class will be led by female coaches, and there will be a warm-up together, an introduction to some of the fundamentals of parkour training, some games and a wee conditioning session too! It's a great workout, and a fun challenge. This class is open to everyone! Especially if it's your first time! This is the perfect opportunity to give parkour a try, in a supportive environment.

If it's your first time: This class is for you and we'll be super happy to see you! You don't need anything special, just remember to dress in loose, comfortable clothes and to bring plenty of water. If it's cold, wear layers you can take off easily, because we'll warm up quickly but you don't want to cool down to fast when you stop moving!! As for shoes, your fav running trainers is all you need. If you have several pairs, choose the lightest ones with the most flexible soles: they'll be the best for touch and sensitivity.

Send a message to the Women of Melbourne Parkour Facebook page, or womenofmelbpk@gmail.com, if you have any questions about this free class, or about the women's parkour community.
