La Beatles Boheme

This is the story of the 4 bohemians imagined as the Beatles.

The beautiful music of Puccinis La Boheme is augmented by Beatles classics in a tragic love story about two constrasting couples - the tempestuous and the romantic. It is as if Puccini had the Beatles in mind.

Directed by Julie Edwardson, award winning director with Opera Australia, the cast will include both opera and contemporary singers and the Cut Opera House Combo. In the tradition of Emotionworks Cut Opera this production will be cut down to around 90 minutes and have all the best Beatles songs mixed throughout. Come and sing-along to your favourite Beatles songs, laugh, cry and relax.
