Experience the Field of Light while putting the spotlight on our amazing local produce, talented local chefs and our International guest chef. Each tapas will be inspired by the Internationally loved guest chef Adam Liaw and matched with local beverages showing off the seasonal produce and wine from the region. Local marron, oysters and seafood, grass fed lamb, heirloom vegetables, berries and dairy will feature across the 6 courses as you can view and wander around the inspiring artwork.

This is a culinary art experience to be remembered. Ticket will include a 6 course tapas menu matched with local beverages, access to the artwork, talks from the guest chef Adam Liaw, a Field of Light representative, local chefs and local producers and bus transfer from Albany & Denmark.
