Midsumma Festival presents an exclusive film screening by Taiwanese film maker Yen Chou

Looking For... screening 7 - 8pm
"Looking for?" – one of the most used questions on gay dating apps, not easy to answer for anyone, least of all for Taiwanese film maker, Yen. The question led him to a journey across the world, encountering 60 gay men exchanging their stories about love, lust, and feeling lost. Though the answers remain complicated, this journey opened up a gate for us to reconsider: what are we looking for? This film has screened in major LGBTQIA+ festivals across the world: New York to Hong Kong - don't miss out!

Join Midsumma Festival and special international guest Yen Chou of Very Theatre from Taiwan. Ask Yen questions about queer virtual intimacy through app/Grindr, and his upcoming collaboration with Edwin Kemp Attrill of ActNow Theatre, following a special screening of Looking For... this screening is in the lead up to a collaborative project being developed by Very Theatre and ActNow Theatre - watch this space!
