Make new friends in Perth at Speed Friending (20s & 30s) at Yagan Square.

Speed Friending is an awesome way to meet new people, network and make new friends.

You get around 5 minutes to chat with the person in front of you, then switch to a new person. The event runs for about 1.5 hours.

If you are looking to grow your social life, then this event is for you.

Step out of your comfort zone and meet new and interesting people.

PLEASE NOTE:

-This specific event is for age group 20’s & 30’s however, we have other age group Speed Friending events coming soon.

-We will be seated on the grassed area - see how to find us below.

PLEASE ARRIVE before 10:15 FOR REGISTRATION as we will start promptly at 10:30am

VENUE Yagan Square. Corner Wellington Street & William Street, Perth.

HOW TO FIND US The Lawn, on William Street next to Market Hall Ground Level Entrance and across from the Perth Busport.

TICKETS $15 **Prepay only event. Must get ticket in advance to attend**. We will share our event page via Facebook, Meetup.com, Instagram, and other social media outlets.

CONNECTING AT THE EVENT Paper and pen will be provided and you can hand your contact details to anyone you may be interested to connect with. (Please don’t ask anyone for their contact details).

FAQs

What's the refund policy? There are no refunds.

Can I switch my ticket for a different day? The City and Me is unable to manage ticket exchanges. However, you are able to switch tickets with other attendees.

Can I come alone? Yes, most of those that attend come on their own.

NOTES

- This is a casual event so dress in whatever makes you feel comfortable.

- You can take a bathroom break when you need to.

- Photos and Video: Please note that photos and video will be taken on the day so please advise staff if you would like to be excluded from this. And for those that would like to see photos from the day, you can view them on our Facebook group.
