The Melbourne Pride Ensemble celebrates art, diversity and the older LGBTQIA+ community through creative actions, social connectedness and advocacy.Please join Melbourne Pride Ensemble for an open workshop, meet our “Bedrock Members” and stay on afterwards for a Pizza in the Garden Party. Led by Artistic Director Nicolette Forte and supported by a team of queer and friendly support artists, the Melbourne Pride Ensemble open workshop will explore, in a creative way, the relationship between age and identity, challenging stereotypes and social isolation faced by older LGBTQIA+ people in St Kilda and surrounding suburbs.Come and meet the members of this newest addition to the LGBTQIA+ arts community and enjoy a slice or two of pizza thanks to local business Topolinos Restaurant.
