100 years ago, in Florence, a Count walked into a bar and asked for a shot of gin in his Americano. The legend of the Negroni was born. 100 years later, in Australia, we remain obsessed with the Negroni’s bittersweet perfection, which is why this Negroni Week we're taking things a step further.
