Nikka Whisky Cocktail Flighting Event

Nikka Whisky is thrilled to announce award-winning Japanese bartender Hiroyasu Kayama will be hosting a special event and masterclass for Sydney Bar Week this September. Hiroyasu Kayama is from Tokyo’s Bar Benfiddich, with his approach to cocktails earning the bar a place on the World’s 50 Best Bars List, placing number 49 in 2018.

Kayama was also recently placed 83 on Drink International’s Bar World 100 for his creativity and for how he ‘follows his unparalleled palate, breaking down and rebuilding known amaro and playing with traditional elixirs and herbal liquors.’

On Monday 16th September, Nikka Whisky will bring Kayama to Sydney Bar Week for a bar takeover at Maybe Sammy. Tickets are available for two sessions of a cocktail flighting experience by the renowned bartender at a bar located at The Rocks in Sydney.

Tickets include six cocktails and snacks.
