Celebrate Oaks Day with complimentary champagne, DJs and more at the Sky Park!

If you’re one of the many who didn’t get their annual leave organised in time for the Spring Racing Carnival, have no fear. Melbourne Quarter’s Sky Park is turning into its very own Birdcage for one day only, and you’re invited!

This Oaks Day, between 8am and 6pm on Thursday 7 November 2019, coincide your morning commute, lunch, coffee breaks and post-work gatherings with the races you’d like to catch and head along to the Sky Park for a Flemington experience like no other, right above the hustle and bustle of Melbourne’s CBD.

Nestled among some of Melbourne’s most iconic and recognisable precincts and buildings, Sky Park is the ‘it’ place to be. You’ll find large TVs screens, DJs Shayne Tino and Jesabel playing throughout the day, food offerings (including free samples) and a floral installation to capture the perfect insta-moment. You’ll even be greeted with a complimentary glass of Chandon champagne on arrival!

Located directly opposite Southern Cross Station, follow the breathtaking spiral staircase on Collins Street and the sound of upbeat tunes to the much-loved green oasis that is Sky Park at One Melbourne Quarter.

From 6pm onwards, those looking to let the good times roll are encouraged to kick on at Sergy Boy—directly in front of the spiral staircase entrance to Sky Park—and try out one of their delicious cocktails, grab a bite to eat and keep the party going!
