The Underground Opera Company has journeyed to the Sunshine Castle for ten years delighting and enlightening guests with intimate performances. The Sunshine Castle’s Banquet Hall in Bli Bli has become UOC’s home away from home, with our regulars coming back each year for two great seasons of opera performances with a dash of musical theatre.
Sensational music is created by world-class performers, accompanied by an incomparable pianist, while guests are taken on a journey through each opera piece by a charismatic MC. The programme features a concert of popular opera, with arias such as Nessun Dorma from Turandot, duets from Lakme and The Pearl Fishers, with ensemble pieces from Nabucco, Rigoletto; the list goes on!
Prepare for a night of incredible performances from world-class Australian artists in a relaxed, intimate environment. Concerts include delectable canapés served at interval and discounts are available for groups of ten or more and seniors.
