Midsumma Festival

Personal Touch highlights the work of trans and non-binary artists who employ the body as conduit for their ideas and as subject matter in their work. The exhibition aims to express the power and sensitivity with which artists are addressing the evolving nature of self-hood, at a time when the political status quo fails to do so. Featured artists include Archie Barry, Bailee-Rose Farnham, Nunzio Madden, Bon Mott, Rowan Oliver, Bobuq Sayed, Tyza Stewart and Nevo Zisin.

In addition to the works in the exhibition, the Incinerator Gallery and Midsumma are pleased to present an afternoon of performance works on Saturday 2 February, 2-3pm.
Artists performing are Bailee-Rose Farnham, Bon Mott and Nunzio Madden.

NB. This performance may contain nudity and strobe lighting.
