Josh Coleman has developed this style of meditation over the past ten years. We always hear, "We need to be present." While this is a wonderful idea, moving this out of the idea realm and into a direct practice can be incredibly fulfilling.
This practice is great for people newly interested in meditation, or for those wishing to deepen their practice in a community environment. Come check it out and see for yourself. Every second Thursday starting 12th September 2019.
