Symphony In the Cellar

In the acoustic depths of Australia’s largest operating underground cellar, members of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, performing as the Penny Quartet, will fill the space with the resonating sounds of their four-piece string quartet.

Performing a classical masterpiece followed by a highly energetic, dramatic and rarely performed piece Prokofiev Quartet no. 1. guests will enjoy Mitchelton NV Cuvée Sparkling and a cheese and charcuterie grazing table on arrival and a 50-minute chamber music performance.
