Uncle Jack Charles' 76th Birthday Party/Book Launch

2019 has been big for Uncle Jack Charles and to celebrate we're putting on a special birthday to celebrate his 76th birthday a d the release of his new book "Jack Charles: Born-Again Blakfella." His Birthday party will be a celebration hosted by friends, featuring surprise special guests.

Uncle Jack Charles is a Boon Wurrung and Dja Dja Wurrung man, a beloved and respected elder, an actor, musician and activist. He is an Australian legend.

This year the Melba Spiegeltent season of ‘A Night With Uncle Jack’ sold out!

In May, Uncle Jack was recognised by The National Indigenous Arts Awards, receiving the prestigious Red Ochre Award for outstanding lifetime achievement. His memoir, Born-Again Blakfella – the extraordinary story of his life - was released by Penguin Random House on August 20.
