With 12 years in the making, Amplify is the purest expression of Shiraz from our Single Vineyard and a truly unique wine. An intimate string quartet performance will set the Dark Mood with an incredible mini concert of modern and classical pieces by members of the Adelaide and Melbourne Symphony Orchestras.
