Get active with great people at the Zumba Gold® workout for the young at heart! Ideal for anyone wanting a fun, simple and low impact fitness class, active older adults and low fitness participants.
You'll be grooving to a wide range of zesty Latin, spicy Indian and other international rhythms! This free class is part of Brisbane City Council's Active & Healthy programs. This is an all-inclusive class open to everyone—all ages, shapes, sizes, abilities and fitness levels!

Meeting Point: Meet under the trees near the waterfront rotunda.
Wear exercise clothes and bring a water bottle. Remember to be sun smart: wear a hat, sunscreen and sunnies!
