An art exhibition celebrating WA’s unique and diverse landscapes, flora and fauna; in the eyes of West Aussie artists and environmental scientists.

The Environmental Consultants Association of WA (ECA) is hosting their inaugural group art exhibition in the theme ‘Biodiversity in Western Australia’. The exhibition, proudly sponsored by the City of Perth and Frasers Suites Perth, is opening to the public on the 10th December 2020. The ECA invites you to celebrate the natural world of WA, with those that work to protect, represent and champion it.

About the ECA
The ECA is the professional body representing environmental consultants throughout WA. Environmental consultants work in a number of fields, including conservation, climate change, sustainability, environmental impact, rehabilitation, aquatic and marine ecology, hydrology, botany and zoology. They see parts of our beautiful State that many of us don’t even know exist!

About the Exhibition
The ECA’s members work in our environment on a daily basis, so this art exhibition is a celebration of their members’ professional lives from a different perspective: creatively through art. The exhibition is designed to foster collaboration between the community of artists who portray WA’s biodiversity through their art, environmental consultants who embody WA’s biodiversity through their work, and the greater public who enjoy and appreciate WA’s biodiversity. This exhibition will bring together people from all kinds of backgrounds, but who are linked through a common interest: Western Australia’s incredible landscapes, flora and fauna.

When?
The exhibition runs daily until the 17th December 2020.
