Which is why we're pleased to announce that on Sunday, July 26th we will be bringing to you one of Madrid's most traditional lunchtime meals to enjoy!! We're talking about our mouthwatering Cocido Madrileño of course!

Those who join us on the day will be able to enjoy a delectable chickpea-based stew dish, served in the traditional fashion. The meal will be brought to you in 3 parts, called vuelco. With each vuelco made to highlight different features of the dish.
