The cuisine is traditional Spanish tapas with a twist from the labours of executive chef Alex Gutierrez who takes no shortcuts in its production and presentation with everything from the sauces to the bread being made in house to deliver authentic flavours of Spain. The wine list curated by Head Manager, Chef and Sommelier David León consists exclusively of wines imported from Spain that are not commonly found in Sydney so as to fully complement the cuisine.
