Combining mindfulness and music, Disco Yoga makes its debut at the Australian Open. Originating in New York City, join in a simple class that is open to all ages and levels, even those who haven’t tried yoga before. The ANZ Terrace is located on Grand Slam Oval in between Rod Laver Arena and Melbourne Arena and includes a dance/exercise floor, DJ booth, selfie wall, graffiti mural and comfortable seating away from the heat.
