“Thank you Melinda and Jolan it was a lovely day. Relaxing, nutritious and satisfying food and a wonderful chance to make connections with a like-minded circle of females. Coming from a non-yoga perspective, I learnt a lot that I did not know about the benefits that yoga can offer to aid digestion. The mindfulness and meditation sessions were just what I needed, as I always find it difficult to switch off my inner voice.” - Belinda
