Eunoia Yoga

Join children's yoga teacher Teleah for a creative, fun-filled 60min yoga class that uses a variety of mediums to explore yoga and its benefits for the mind, body and breath. Cleverly weaving storytelling, games and creative movement into the practice, students have an opportunity to cultivate strength, mobility, confidence and body awareness. Breathing practices, mindfulness and meditation are also explored to build self-awareness and resilience.

This term is all about the colours of the rainbow and getting to know our super charged yogic energy centre's called chakras. Each week we will explore a different colour of our chakra rainbow – the feeling, poses and mantra. These classes will also incorporate some reflective journaling so that students can record their personal experiences and progression over the term (journal workbook included in term fee only).

For those new to yoga, we suggest purchasing a casual class pass ($18), as this can be credited towards the full term fee* or 3 class pass**.

Term fee: paid upfront, in full
Bookings essential - Limited spots - 12 available

*Credit towards the full term fee valid until 5 July 2020 (wk 2 of term) and **3 class pass valid until 26 August 2020 (wk 5 of term). Thereafter, a casual pass is the better rate.
