Residing in Warburton, Victoria, Gina Baines is a self taught pastels artist who has a passion for painting bush landscapes, as well as portraits and various commissioned work. Her recent travels throughout North Western Australia have provided a variety of inspirations for future works with contrasting scenery to the greenery of Victoria’s beautiful Yarra Valley.
Being a qualified astrologer, from many moons ago, Gina will be honouring worlds even further afield by presenting her "Sun to Saturn Suite", depicting the eight visible planets and luminaries.
"Patrons will experience from the very local, to the very distant. Our intention is to present something in between these two extremes, so comes the exhibition title…'Outerspheres, Innerspheres'."
Over the last 7 years, Ryan has been out in the Yarra Ranges exploring and developing his own approach to various artistic mediums, abstract painting, alternative photography, scanography and musical composition have all been a focal point for his expression. In "Outerspheres Innerspheres" Ryan features large Scanographs of his abstract paintings, depicting cosmological and textural expressions.
