Women's Self Defence Class

Cobra Martial Arts Morley is celebrating International Women’s Day by providing a free self defence class for women.

The class will be hosted by women instructors and Sensei Aaron Manwaring and will include defence strikes, defence kicks and stances.

The free class aim is to have women from all walks of life and fitness levels come together to try something different and support each other.

The dojo is a fun, family friendly environment. Limited spaces available. Bookings essential.
