From August, three of Australia's most renowned culinary artisans will be taking over Melbourne's culinary scene for a limited time, taking our taste buds on an international expedition.

Activating Crown Melbourne's Evergreen dining space, the impressive venue will see heavyweights such as Farmer's Daughters Alejandro Saravia, Penfolds Magill Estate's Scott Huggins and Peter Kuruvita from Noosa Beach House host a series of ticketed gastronomic experiences that invite guests to indulge in three very different offerings.

13–14 August: South Australia shines with Penfolds Magill Estate's Scott Huggins, whose six-course set menu will highlight Mayura beef and exclusive wines from Penfolds.

16–18 September: Peter Kuruvita from Noosa Beach House will present a seven-course menu travelling through the flavours of his Sri Lankan childhood and signature dishes from his restaurant, paired with Victorian wines and single-origin Dilmah tea.

28 - 29 October: Peruvian chef Alejandro Saravia, from Farmer's Daughters, will present a six-course Peruvian-inspired menu that showcases his penchant for Victorian ingredients, matched with wines from the finest local producers.
