Dave Wright steps away from his customary role as band leader with his outfits The Midnight Ramblers and The Midnight Electric to play a rare solo show on guitar and piano at Richmond's Palace of Magnificent Experiences. Over 30 live streams during Melbourne's lockdown, Dave honed a new style of confessional performance which allowed him to explore and re-invent his vast back catalogue whilst mining a rich seam of songwriting that he has fortunate enough to harness. These new songs, performed on solo acoustic guitar and piano, will form the backbone of this intimate show over two sets as Dave brings his live stream show to the stage for one night only.

With her unique brew of dark folk and Goldfields country blues, Jess Parker is a true musical joy to behold. After the release of her most recent album, 'Death Songs and Kitchen Spirituals' (Ragged Gum Records), Jess has played to sold out audiences in from Melbourne to Castlemaine where she resides, and is thrilled to now be bringing her old style fingerpicking, murder ballads and wry humour to POME for the first time, for a very special evening of music supporting the immaculate Dave Wright.
