School holiday clinic for teenage girls proudly supported by the Queensland Government.

This is an ultra-modern program designed to inspire, encourage and support teenage girls in a way that empowers them to create their own balance in life. The focus isn't just on cycling, but all the elements that surround a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Each clinic hosts 3 main breakout sessions*:

1. Yoga for cyclists with a guided meditation and self-talk session with our sports psychologist.
2. Nutrition seminar with hands on cooking class with our sports dietitian.
3. Bike maintenance class and escorted ride with our cycling instructor.

This clinic is strictly capped at 100 so we suggest booking early to avoid missing out.
