Good Friday Appeal - Charity House Open for Inspection

The 2021 Good Friday Appeal Charity House is complete and will open for inspection to the public Saturday 20th February.

This year’s charity house is the stunning double-storey Vogue 34 by Henley Homes – boasting a suite of head-turning style choices specifically handpicked and curated for the GFA charity home, which features five vast living areas, four bedrooms and expansive kitchen and Butler’s Pantry, built on a 508m2 block in Wollert’s Rathdowne Community, donated by Villawood Properties.

The 2021 GFA Charity Home Auction is set to return to its usual family-geared festivities in 2021 after COVID forced 2020’s public auction to a tender process. The family home raised $790,500 for the Children’s Hospital, a figure that Villawood and Henley hope to eclipse in 2021. This year's GFA Charity Home will be auctioned for the Royal Children’s Hospital on Good Friday 2021.

For the fourth year, every piece of furniture, soft furnishing and decorative accessory inside the Vogue 34 on auction day will be donated by key furniture partners and included as part of the auction price.

The 2021 Charity House Auction will mark 28 years of building and donating homes by Henley Homes and Villawood’s 12th year donating premium land to the appeal.
